Confirmed Site Visit
Your contact visits a property with our team — confirming genuine interest and advancing your referral.
Deal Closure
Token or lease is signed and payment is initiated. Your reward is processed within 7 working days.
Referring an Owner or Listing
When you connect us with a property owner or spot an unlisted property.
Listing Introduction
You provide a verified owner's contact who isn't in our database. Reward triggers when we sign a mandate.
Board Capture
Photograph a "To Let" or "For Sale" board with the address and submit it. Reward on successful listing.
Deal from Your Lead
